Description
Stainless steel construction with cast iron burners. Removable basket hanger. Capacity for two fry baskets. R unit with a higher BTU rate for a more powerful frying "engine". Millivolt ignition control for gas fryers, no need for external electricty source. Filter system with built-in filtration to remove debris and extend oil life. Filter drawer with curved, swivel drain spout to eliminate hot oil splash during oil disposal. Filter Drawer with self-aligning filter connection for effortless hookup.
