With side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a temperature range of 33F to 41F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh and ready for use. The electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display allows for precise control. The stainless steel top features a refrigerated pan rail and a 17.75" cutting board, providing ample space for food preparation. Nine 1/3 size pans are included, along with two solid hinged self-closing doors and two shelves for convenient storage.
